Side Deltoid Stretch

  • Stretch: Side Deltoid Stretch
  • Target Area: Deltoid, Lateral
  • Other Areas:
    • Infraspinatus
    • Teres Minor
    • Trapezius, Middle
    • Trapezius, Lower
    • Rhomboids
  • Preparation:
    • Position arm across chest. Place opposite hand on elbow.
  • Execution:
    • Push elbow toward chest. Hold stretch for 20 seconds. Repeat with opposite arm.
