Stretch: Side Deltoid Stretch
Target Area: Deltoid, Lateral

Preparation:
Position arm across chest. Place opposite hand on elbow.
Execution:
Push elbow toward chest. Hold stretch for 20 seconds. Repeat with opposite arm.
