Fixed Bar Back Stretch

  • Preparation:
    • Stand facing stationary bar. Grasp stationary bar with one hand approximately waist height.
  • Execution:
    • Bend over allowing hips to fall back. Slightly lean torso toward stretched arm. Hold stretch for 20 seconds. Repeat with opposite side.
