in the month of May 2012 my son's wife Lois Dennie opened his gun safe and gave/sold all his rifles among one was my Fathers gift to me a rare 2nd WW2 German sniper rifle, an 8 mm Mauser.
The DRPA officer who attended said there was no indication of B/E on the house or the safe. He left and never filed a report. I attempted to have this investigated and charges laid but the DRPA
(DURHAM REGIONAL POLICE ASSOC) did nothing at all.
No charges were ever laid. I believe the 8mm is in the hands of one of two former military personnel.

My dad fought overseas, actie duty and this gun was the only possession I had of him.
Anyone with information about this could you please contact me. All info will be confidential.
All I want is my firearm back.
