Hi all,
I live in a condo apartment in Toronto without a lot of storage room for long guns. I have a storage locker in the underground garage, that while not part of my residence, is shown as a seperate unit on my deed and is owned by me.
It's in a locked room, accessed only by others who have a locker in there and the my actual locker is of the wire cage variety with a padlock on the gate. The underground garage is well secured, with security cameras, etc. but obviously not under my direct supervision. If I installed a gunsafe in there, would I be complying with the safe storage rules, or am I only allowed to keep firearms in the residential portion of my home? Thoughts?
