Generally speaking, its easier to forego eye dominance over hand dominance. Usually, I'd suggest blanking out left eye, using prescription lense on right eye, shooting with right hand.
Fuzzy target is the goal, because sights must be crisp. If they aren't that's bad, and you'll need a prescription lense set to focus on the front sight.
These are general principles that I follow and would recommend to my athletes, unless extenuating circumstances presented themselves and made me consider otherwise.
