This was my first Grand Prix after a long break from pistol shooting.

I shot Friday night, and it was then that I noticed it was very dark at the shooting positions. So today I brought my light meter and after my relay I measured the LUX (amount of illumination) as per the ISSF specs. The recommended reading is 500, the minimum is 300. The highest I could measure is 197, with several at 152.

I'm by no means a good shooter, and I know the venue has been the same for years, so this has always been an issue, I just didn't know that it was below the prescribed minimums
