Toronto is a good location. If it a choice between the mayor and CAGP, the decision should be easy for a shooter. The only deficiency of the CAGP is inadequate lighting along the firing line. But it is the same for all shooters. The rest is just perfect. Transportation, accomodation, dining, competion area, hotel services.. I am not sure there is anything else that is missing.

Agree with other posters - Valentine's day weekend is likely not the best time for a 2/3-day match.

Moving the event arond to a smaller places away from major transportation hubs will only hurt the participation in my opinion. Unless, of course, the local population of shooters is going to fill the firing line. Driving around in the dead of winter does not have any attraction. Niagara Falls in February - sorry, not even with free hotel room ...
