Here are the rough dimensions:

1. The firing point width is approximately 10M.
2. The target height, to the centre of the target, is 1.4 metres from the floor at the firing point. (If there is a 4cm slope down from the firing point to the base of the target stand, then the target would be set to 1.44m.)
3. Distance from the firing line is 10M, based on the edge of the line closest to the athlete.
4. The athlete may not step on the line, but may extend his/her arm over the line.

That should suffice for most postal matches.
