Fellow shooters: I am seeking advice regarding repairs to my .22 calibre target pistol. Specifically, I have a problem with my Hi-Standard Victor. It recently developed a hairline crack in the frame, which impedes the smooth travel of the slide. Consequently, the gun won't function!

Are you aware of any remedies to this type of problem -- e.g., some sort of welding or even adhesive?

Failing that, does anyone have a Victor frame that they don't need?

All suggestions gratefully received!
